EUGENE, Ore. – On January 26, 2024, at approximately 3:45 a.m. an individual was found at 7th Avenue and Jefferson Street, in Eugene. Eugene Springfield Fire (ESF) responded with an engine and ambulance to an alley behind a strip mall on Jefferson St. and 7th Ave. The individual was found laying in the alley.
