Project: An addition to The Garden on Friendly beer garden to construct a building for tables, a musical performance stage and dancing space.

The Garden on Friendly food pod has been serving up street eats with a side of live music and community connection since 2021. This spring, the pod plans to expand its presence on Friendly Street with a new building to provide covered seating and a space for live music performances.
The newest addition to the pod is a building currently under construction. Once completed, the area will be a “brick and mortar” space for patrons to enjoy drinks, live music, dance or to sit and eat, according to the food pod’s website. This new construction will add to the outdoor seating already available on-site.
Beverage cart Fruit & Vine is closed during construction but other carts in the pod are open for business. Folks can still get their food fixes from Silva’s Taqueria Authentica Comida Oaxaqueña, Bartolotti’s Pizza and Uumami Mediterranean.
