According to Linn County Sheriff Michelle Duncan, a suspect was arrested for an Albany crime spree and a chase, ending in Eugene. Linn County Sheriff’s Office (LCSO) tells us that on Wednesday, January, 24th Devon Emra, 31, of Eugene was eventually arrested for a crime spree, through a collaborated effort with concerned citizens, and multiple law enforcement agencies.
