A transient was jailed for an alleged trespass incident in Drain early Saturday. A Douglas County Sheriff’s Office report said at 1:30 a.m. a deputy responded to the 100 block of East B Avenue. A victim advised that a 61-year old man would not leave her residence after being told to numerous times. The suspect had been there for two days.
