PORTLAND, Ore. ( KOIN ) — Three injured victims of a shooting at a Salem Fred Meyer — as well as the shooting suspect — have been identified, authorities announced Tuesday.
Detectives announced the arrest of 62-year-old Robert Josh Jr., of Springfield. Josh Jr. is being lodged at the Marion County Jail and was charged with second-degree attempted murder, first-degree assault and unlawful use of a firearm.

Two of the victims are still hospitalized with gunshot wounds: 30-year-old Julia Thea Dora Dorfler, of Eugene, and 30-year-old Jamie Eugene Thomason, of Springfield, officials said. A third victim, 28-year-old Chance Taylor Brason Towlerton, also of Springfield, was treated and released, police said.
Another individual was arrested, 28-year-old Andrew William Beebe, of Eugene, on an outstanding parole violation warrant. Authorities added all of the individuals in the incident “are known to one another.”
Police initially responded at roughly 7:35 a.m. Monday morning to the Fred Meyer Store at 3740 Market ST NE on reports of a shooting. Once there, police found two of the victims in the Fred Meyer Parking lot and one inside an Elmer’s Restaurant east of the parking lot. Officials said all three had gunshot wounds and were transported to Salem Health.
