Oregon’s best skillet-fried chicken cart just opened a brick-and-mortar restaurant with Caribbean food, rum cocktails

When last we spoke with Isaiah Martinez, the chef behind Eugene’s great skillet-fried chicken cart Yardy was dreaming of opening a brick-and-mortar, a place “with colorful picnic tables, quality rums mixed with fruit juice, movies starring Black actors projected on a screen and an expanded menu of Caribbean dishes.”
