Welcome to the Exclusive Sneak Peek: Troy Franklin, a Wide Receiver from the University of Oregon. He is from Palo Alto, California, and was a 4-star recruit out of Menlo-Atherton High School.
During his Freshman year, Franklin appeared in 14 games for the Ducks and recorded only 18 catches for 209 receiving yards and 2 touchdowns.
His sophomore season of 2022 is when his initial breakout happened. He recorded 61 receptions for 891 yards and 9 touchdowns and demonstrated a high-level ability to be a reliable contributor in the Oregon offence.
In 2023, as a junior, he had his full break out. In one of the more impressive statistical seasons in recent college football, he hauled in 81 receptions for a whopping 1,383 receiving yards and 14 receiving touchdowns.
After this monster season, he would go on to declare for the 2024 NFL Draft where he is part of the most star-studded receiver class in years.
