EUGENE, Ore. — The Cascades Raptor Center has reopened its doors to the public after a nearly three-week-long closure caused by damage from last month’s ice storm. Raptor Center staff and volunteers worked to clear debris, raise funds, donate, and get the center back on track. A spokesperson for the Center said that they had more than 1,000 community members reach out in support of the Raptor Center’s reopening efforts.
