EUGENE, Ore. – According to the Eugene Police Department (EPD), a driver hit 2 people crossing E. 6th Avenue and Oak Street, injuring both. On February 9th, at 5:08 p.m. EPD received a call regarding a pedestrian-vehicle crash with two victims at the intersection of E. 6th Ave. and Oak St.
