EUGENE, Ore. — City of Eugene Parks and Open Space plans to install gates at the Fairmount Boulevard entrances of Hendricks Park. During the summer of 2023, Parks and Open Space conducted a survey gauging the community’s support for temporary closures of the road in the park under certain conditions.
