Siuslaw graduate Haylee Cole was named the 2024 Miss Oregon Teen Volunteer in the awards ceremony Saturday at the Hunt Center in Eugene. Maliya Morgan of Eugene was named 2024 Miss Oregon Volunteer at the two-day pageant.
