SPRINGFIELD, Ore. – Springfield police are investigating the discovery of a body along Interstate 105 on Monday. According to Springfield Police Department, officers were called to I-105 eastbound at about 12:30 p.m. on August 26. Several people reportedly called 911 to report a body in the area. Investigators said officers located the person’s body near the slough between the Pioneer Parkway and Mohawk Boulevard exits.
