Early on Wednesday the Eugene Police Department (EPD)responded to a burglary in progress at Tactics Board Shop, on 4th Ave. in downtown Eugene. Two men were reported to be inside ransacking the store. At approximately 3:31 a.m. on September 3rd, officers arrived and found the two suspectswalking westbound out of the lot.
