Museum of Natural and Cultural History to host James Webb Telescope exhibit

EUGENE, Ore. – Tonight, the Museum of Natural and Cultural History is launching an out-of-this-world exhibit with a special event and moon viewing. The exhibit that opens on September 13 is known as ‘Capturing the Cosmos – Images From the James Webb Space Telescope,’ and features images captured from the wonders of outer space. The James Webb Telescope can see back 13.6 billion light years into the past and has made amazing discoveries, including the first detection of a carbon molecule, which had never been seen in space.
