Eugene, OR – Deputies arrested two suspects after a pursuit in Eugene on Wednesday, leading to a foot chase and drone-assisted capture. Kristopher Robert Glenn, 38, of Veneta, was spotted by Lane County deputies shortly after midnight in a vehicle near W. 18th Avenue. The driver, Elise Catrina Lockwood, 33, attempted to flee officers but stopped the car near Bertelsen Road. Glenn ran from the vehicle while deputies and Eugene police set a perimeter.
