Oregon Duck Mascot Takes Field with Hilarious Napoleon Dynamite Impersonation

The Oregon Duck mascot, commonly referred to as “Puddles” or simply “The Duck,” took the field with a bang prior to Oregon’s matchup against Michigan State on Friday night.

Garmented in a “Vote for Pedro” t-shirt, an afro wig, and fake glasses, the Duck performed Napoleon Dynamite’s famous dance number minutes before kickoff, firing up the Oregon crowd with a taste of humor.

KEZI’s Cameron Derby captured the amusing scene.

Long known for a history of gags and viral moments, the Oregon mascot has certainly made a name for itself in the world of college sports, and Friday offered a prime example.

The Ducks currently lead the Spartans 21-0 at the halftime break. The Spartans will receive the second-half kick in hopes of clawing back in Autzen Stadium.
