More charges filed for man arrested earlier this month in Springfield SWAT raid

SPRINGFIELD, Ore. – The charges keep coming for the man arrested during a SWAT team raid that shut down the roadway and two schools in Springfield earlier this month. Twenty-one-year-old Keoon Shoulders is now facing three counts of sexual abuse and was charged on October 24 in Lane County Circuit Court. Court documents said that the victim did not consent to sexual intercourse with Shoulders. Shoulders was arrested in a Eugene SWAT team raid on October 2 on Centennial Boulevard and 6th Street in Springfield, with two nearby schools and the roadway closed down while the arrest operation was underway.
