EUGENE, Ore. — Eugene Police arrested a man in his 40s early Friday morning after he fired several rounds inside his residence on Onyx Street and called authorities himself.
Officers responded to the 3800 block of Onyx Street at 4:04 a.m. on January 10, following reports of suspicious conditions. The man was intoxicated, according to EPD, and was taken into custody without incident.
