Portland, OR – A Winter Weather Advisory remains in effect for the South Washington Cascades and the Northern and Central Cascades of Oregon, with heavy snowfall expected from Wednesday evening through late Thursday night.
According to the National Weather Service in Portland, snow is forecasted to begin around 5 p.m. Wednesday and continue until 11 p.m. Thursday. Elevations above 3,500 feet could see total snow accumulations of 6 to 11 inches.
