PORTLAND Ore. (KPTV) – We’ve seen about a quarter inch of rain Saturday in Portland, with heavier totals to our south. That’ll continue to be the trend Sunday, with potentially another 3+ inches of rain on the way to Eugene through Sunday night, while the Portland metro area will get maybe another quarter inch. Plan on light rain in the morning, then mostly cloudy but dry conditions later.
It’ll get briefly gusty overnight tonight for the south coast and central valley, but damaging gusts are not likely.
The heaviest snowfall in the Cascades will happen overnight. Another foot could accumulate by Sunday night on top of the 2+ feet that have fallen over the last 48 hours at the upper ski resorts (rough estimates). Great stuff!…
