EUGENE, Ore. — Around 3:30 a.m. Sunday (March 16), a Lane County Sheriff’s deputy spotted a silver Mercedes sedan stopped and facing the wrong way, partially in the left lane of I-5, near Glenwood Boulevard in Eugene.
