CORVALLIS, Ore. – A Lebanon man has been charged after allegedly using a hidden camera to capture nude images of five people at Oregon State University, court documents say.
According to court records, Manuel Antonio Villa, 19, was arrested by OSU campus police on March 18 and charged with second- and first-degree invasion of personal privacy. Court records accused Villa of installing a recording device in a hidden place and capturing images of at least five people in various states of undress.
