PORTLAND, Ore. (KATU) — As multiple agencies searched the Willamette River for a kayaker who was last seen near Oregon City, the body of another person was found in the water in North Portland, Multnomah County Sheriff’s deputies said on Sunday.
“We have our detectives investigating the body,” Deputy Alex Jarmer told KATU in an email Sunday night. “They are very early in the process so we do not have any info to share.”
