OAKRIDGE, Ore. – Lane County deputies are looking to apprehend a wanted suspect who allegedly ran off into the woods south of McKenzie Bridge when a deputy tried to contact him on Wednesday.
According to the Lane County Sheriff’s Office, on April 16 a deputy patrolling in the area of McKenzie Bridge spotted Jared Lee Moe, 35, of Oakridge, several miles up Horse Creek Road. Deputies said Moe has a felony warrant for his arrest, and Oakridge police are also looking for him after he allegedly fled a traffic stop earlier in April. The LCSO said that when the deputy tried to contact Moe, he ran off into the woods.
