Eugene restaurant news: Domek brings European flavor to the Market District

A big change is coming to the Eugene restaurant scene. A new restaurant named Domek is under construction in the market district, occupying the space previously held by Black Wolf Supper Club. The restaurant’s name translates to “cottage” in Polish, and the venue serves Eastern European bistro-style meals with Pacific Northwest influences.

Domek to open in late May

Andrew Hroza has cooked all around the world. From opening the restaurant Warpigs in Copenhagen to working as a tour chef for musical artists like Van Halen and The Eagles, Hroza has honed his craft through a variety of interesting experiences.
