4J bus driver injured after log carried by truck strikes bus in Eugene

A Eugene School District 4J bus driver sustained minor injuries on April 28 after a collision involving a log truck at the intersection of 11th Avenue and Greenhill Road.

According to Melinda McLaughlin, a spokesperson for the Eugene Police Department, witnesses reported that a log slid off a log truck and struck the windshield of a school bus just before 9 a.m.
