As a champion for some of Oregon’s most vulnerable populations, Sarah Koski has a clear focus — to show up, listen to those impacted, and help shift systems to meet real and existing needs in the community.
She not only works as the Lane Transit District’s homelessness and community resource liaison, addressing how transportation and infrastructure can support disadvantaged communities, she also spends her days working as a street-level advocate in Eugene, advising local leaders on sanitation justice and health equity, domestic violence prevention, period poverty, homelessness, human trafficking and disaster planning for unhoused communities and other issues…
