Video helps Eugene police arrest 18-year-old on riot charges after chaotic April party

EUGENE, Ore. — The Eugene Police Department’s Special Investigations unit made its first arrest stemming from April 26’s unruly party at E. 14th Avenue and Patterson, the department reported Tuesday.

The arrest was aided by video evidence and more arrests are expected as the investigation continues, police say.
