Good Morning. Today, we are in the most powerful part of a ridge that has set up over the PNW. So, today’s conditions will be sunny and warm just like yesterday. However, because of the position of today’s ridge and the resulting wind pattern, today’s temps will be the warmest of the week. We are looking at an approach at 80 degrees for the Valley while the Basin will surely hit the low 80’s and the Coast will push into the mid to upper 60’s. Another component that will differentiate today from Monday is afternoon wind speeds. Today, winds will stay benign through the whole day rather than turning blustery in the afternoon. Essentially, today is perfect. We are looking at a steady stream of 4 benign days following today as well.
