EUGENE, Ore. — Average gasoline prices in Eugene have increased slightly by 4.4 cents per gallon over the past week, reaching an average of $3.78 per gallon, according to GasBuddy’s survey of 78 stations in the area. Despite this recent rise, prices in Eugene are still 9.9 cents per gallon lower than a month ago and 47.4 cents per gallon lower than the same time last year.
The national average price of diesel has decreased by 2.8 cents in the last week, now standing at $3.473 per gallon, which is nearly the lowest level since 2021.
GasBuddy price reports indicate that the cheapest station in Eugene was priced at $3.39 per gallon Sunday, while the most expensive was $4.29 per gallon, marking a 90-cent difference.
