BROWNSVILLE, Ore. — A barn owl that got stuck in a barbed wire fence in Brownsville and went viral on TikTok last week is improving.
We spoke with the Chintimini Wildlife Center Thursday, which says the owl is now eating solid food and is no longer being tube fed.
