EUGENE, Ore. – A Eugene man is facing charges for allegedly damaging a federal vehicle earlier this month, according to the Oregon district of the U.S. Attorney’s Office.
According to court documents, Kielan Robert Eugene Fitzsimonds, 33, is accused of throwing rocks at a U.S. Department of Homeland Security vehicle on June 8, 2025. The incident reportedly took place at a federal building in Eugene. The rocks shattered the vehicle’s back window and caused dents to its trunk and hood. A federal agent discovered the damage two days later and surveillance footage later identified Fitzsimonds as the suspect.
