The pub is well-known and loved for its live music events, delicious grub, and Eugene-brewed beer. The owners announced on Instagram the last day of service will be June 21.
“When we opened the pub in May of 2018, I could never have imagined what an epic journey lay ahead of us,” the company said in the post. “We were Viking Braggot, a little warehouse brewery with a strange name and different style of brewing, excited to bring our brews to South Eugene and share our love of honey ales with the neighborhood.”
Viking Braggot is known for its unique brewing style, which turns out delicious ales and saisons unlike any other brewery in Eugene. Their food menu is filled with pub classics like loaded fries and pretzels but also turns out more traditional dishes, like Danish-style meatballs and marinated eggs. This fun and funky menu has won over the hearts of many Eugeneans and will be missed from Willamette Street…
