EUGENE, Ore. — The Eugene Police Department is advising motorists to avoid the area of River Road/Federal Lane due to a bicycle/vehicle crash that occurred at approximately 1:06 p.m. Tuesday.
Southbound River Road is shut down at Ferndale, Eugene PD said around 2:40 p.m..
