PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — A 19-year-old man was arrested on Sunday after officers found him in possession of a large amount of drugs at Skinner Butte Park, Eugene police said.
Logan Siddons was lodged in the Lane County Jail and charged with unlawful possession of multiple drugs, as well as unlawful possession of a firearm and violation of park rules.
