After all the heat we saw yesterday, temperatures are once again taking center-stage for the start of the new work week. Another chance for 100 temperatures in the Valleys could once again bring near-record breaking highs in around the region this afternoon.
Today will likely be the warmest day in our Heat Wave with temperatures rising to the 90s as early as the lunch hour. Triple digit highs are likely throughout the I-5 Corridor this afternoon as the Weather Alert Days will continue clear through tomorrow.
