We’ve got an interesting pattern developing as we look ahead! Over the weekend, we will continue to see some lingering clouds and even a few light showers, particularly along the coast and western parts of our viewing area, which is pretty typical for this time of year.
The main rain band has moved out, and most of the valley saw less precipitation than initially expected, with places like Eugene receiving only a few hundredths of an inch.
Looking ahead, the forecast is shaping up quite nicely. Starting Sunday and continuing through Wednesday, we anticipate a classic Pacific Northwest pattern with southwest winds aloft and onshore flow influencing the coast. This means we should expect morning clouds that burn off to reveal partly sunny to mainly sunny skies each day…
