SPRINGFIELD, Ore. – A 43-year-old Springfield woman was arrested on Tuesday evening for allegedly stabbing a man following a dispute in her home, according to the Springfield Police Department.
SPD official said that they responded at about 9:45 p.m. on Aug. 19 for an individual with a reported stab wound at a gas station in the 4000 block of Main Street. Responding officers arrived and contacted the victim who had cuts to an arm and hand, police said. The victim told police that he and the suspect, identified as Tiffany Galgani, had gotten into an argument at her nearby home. The argument became a physical confrontation in which Galgani allegedly pulled a knife and stabbed the victim, police said.
Springfield police said that Galgani was arrested and transported to the Lane County Jail where she faces a second-degree assault charge. Jail records show that Galgani is in custody as of August 20…
