EUGENE, Ore. – A man accused of a serious crime on Eugene’s Fern Ridge Trail has been released, with all charges against him dismissed.
Timothy Colnar, who was facing charges of first-degree rape and sex abuse, was scheduled to stand trial in November. These charges stemmed from an incident on August 8th near Amazon Creek, with his arrest occurring more than a month later.
