So we had a new experience after moving into our home recently. Our ceiling dripped on us, even though it hadn’t rained in weeks.
Talk about confusing.
The 1960s-era house we bought has vaulted ceilings and, like many homes in Eugene, was built with a fireplace and chimney in the center of the living area. It was here, next to the chimney, that moisture beaded through the drywall, slid down a beam and landed on my husband while he was enjoying a BLT with a luscious tomato from the downtown farmers’ market…
