Hop Valley Brewing’s new parent company Tilray Beverage announced in April that they would wind down brewing operations in Eugene by July, but would keep the taproom open. But things have changed….
“The brand plans to close the co-located pub in favor of a more centrally located, highly trafficked downtown area in Eugene within the next 12 months,” says a Hop Valley spokesman.
“Hop Valley has long been a mainstay and part of the fabric of the city. The brand is excited to take this opportunity to reimagine its presence. Over the last five years, the craft beer industry has undergone significant shifts. In rethinking their approach, Hop Valley aims to better serve the evolving needs of local beer drinkers.”…
