A 52-year-old man has been sentenced to time served and four years of probation after pleading guilty to setting a fire near an Interstate 5 overpass in Cottage Grove.
Gary Lee Norton pleaded guilty to first-degree arson Monday, Sept. 8, according to online records for Lane County Circuit Court. The judgment against him called for 30 days in jail, but his credit for time served completed the sentence, according to court records.
