EUGENE, Ore. – A stalking investigation at Ducks Village Apartments has led to the arrest of a local resident.
Officers took 30-year-old Andrew Stone Burnham into custody on Sept. 6 and is accused of stalking the complex’s leasing manager by leaving threatening notes on her apartment door and shouting her name around the property. Court records indicate Burnham, who resides at the complex, began exhibiting concerning behavior toward female staff earlier this year. This behavior reportedly escalated in August, focusing on the manager, court records said.
Lane County Jail records show that Burnham is currently in custody as of Sept. 17 and now faces multiple charges including stalking, disorderly conduct, escape, and resisting arrest. An FBI report has been generated as part of the investigation…
