EUGENE, Ore. – Lane County is offering couples a unique way to tie the knot this Halloween, according to the Lane County Clerk’s Office.
County officials said that couples can celebrate their marriage with a “vampirates” theme on Friday, Oct. 31. County Clerk Tommy Gong will officiate these themed “scaremonies,” dressed in costume alongside his staff.
