Man arrested after reportedly threatening Walmart guard with stolen firearm in Eugene

EUGENE, Ore. — The Eugene Police Department says a man was arrested after he menaced a security guard with a firearm at Walmart.

Around 8 p.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 30, Eugene Police officers were dispatched to Walmart at 4550 W. 11th Avenue, after a man pointed a firearm at a security guard.

The man, later identified as 40-year-old Adam Craig Hollingsworth, was reported to have entered the store on an electric scooter to do his shopping…
