EUGENE, Ore. – Gov. Tina Kotek said that no one should have to choose between food and rent. The recent changes in federal law are expected to impact older adults, immigrants, and rural communities the hardest throughout Oregon.
Catholic Community Services, a local assistance program, reports a rise in demand over the past year.
