Greenhill Humane Society offers discounted adoptions this October

EUGENE, Ore. – Greenhill Humane Society is making it easier for locals to adopt a furry friend this October with half-price adoptions for dogs, cats, and specialized species aged two years and older.

Greenhill officials said that this initiative is part of the ‘Subaru Loves Pets’ campaign, in collaboration with Kendall Subaru of Eugene, Subaru of America, and the ASPCA. All animals are spayed/neutered, microchipped, and vaccinated before adoption.

“Adopting a pet brings joy to everyone involved,” said Cary Lieberman, Greenhill’s Executive Director.

The adoption drive aims to place more than 250 animals into caring homes. Among the pets available are Fluffin, a sociable chinchilla, Oda, an energetic terrier mix, and Leo, a lovable 6-year-old cat.
