Eugene’s Halloween Downtown offers spooky attractions and fun this Saturday

EUGENE, Ore. — The City of Eugene’s signature Halloween celebration is returning for its eleventh year this Saturday from noon to 4 p.m.

Halloween Downtown is one of Eugene’s most popular community events, drawing more than 11,000 visitors in 2024. The event encompasses most of the downtown core with activities catering to both young children and adults.

David Dickinson, Cultural Services’ senior downtown events and permit coordinator, and Program Coordinator Kerry Weeks, have been working for several months to plan the event, and they emphasize the importance of their partnerships with local artists, nonprofit organizations and downtown merchants to make it possible…
