NOTI, Ore. — Around 3:30 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 23, Lane County Sheriff’s deputies responded to a dispute with shots fired in the 88900 block of Poodle Creek Road, north of Noti.
They safely detained the suspect, Thorin David Rogers, 36, of Noti, and contacted several witnesses.
