FLORENCE, Ore. — Around 7 a.m. on Monday, Oct. 27, Lane County Sheriff’s deputies responded to a report of menacing in the 5400 block of Bay Berry Drive, north of Florence.
Deputies learned Joshua Allen Cooper, 43, of Florence, had menaced a victim, trespassed, and destroyed their property, including smashing a car windshield.
